Find Due Process & Equal Liberties in Fayette County

As U.S citizens, we are protected by the Constitution.

Fre, the Fifth and Fourteenth Admentments;

"No person shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"

It is, regretfully, known that there is corruption in Fayette County, PA. The law is bent in too many cases, for too many people and it seems to be read by discrimination and stereo typing. An inmate continues to hold some constitutional rights even as they are incarcerated. Parole was designed to assist with refinement and success as one is introduced back into society. After granting parole, hearsay should not be accepted as means to seek detainment, by violation. It should not be an option to waive the right for a Due Process Hearing. Article One, Section 9, clause 2, which demands that "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it." Although such protection is still very much in place, in the contemporary American judicial system, the writ has been most often employed by state prisoners who have been convicted and petition federal courts about wrongful conviction. These inmates will, unfortunately, never succeed if others are able to make accusations and have the person(s) re-incarcerated. We are demanding that our voices be heard! It should be required to have supporting evidence before accusing any guilt onto anyone. Early in life, we are taught "Innocent Until Proven Guilty". Lately, this has not been the case. Fayette County is said to be the most corrupt in Pennsylvania. We are citizens of the United States of America. The constitution was written for a reason and it is sacred because it represents and protects American citizens. Fayette County is not exempt from the constitution nor is any amount of money, power, or fame. We need a change to have true justice.
