No smoking 1500 feet around entrances to any public building

I suffer from a severe allergy to cigarette smoke. However, it seems like the new smoking sections are right in front of the entrances to public places. Making it, impossible to enter buildings without going through smoke. Make smoking 1500 feet in front of public entrances illegal. I can't be the only one this affects, think of people with asthma, COPD, etc.
