Demand Arkansas State Trooper Ryan Wingo be Fired.

Arkansas state trooper that the Arkansas Times call "One of America's Worst", exposed liar, civil rights violating tyrant and, though he was found justified solely on his word, I strongly suspect murderer Ryan Wingo still has a badge!!! This foul, despicable, and sadistic human being is dangerous and needs his authority stripped form immediately. There is plenty of media and and body cam documentation of his horrendous and unconstitutional actions available on YoutTube. Unfortunately there is no body cam footage of when he shot and killed Andrew Kemp Jr. for allegedly reaching for his gun, but he is a proven liar. I personally believe he murdered this man, but that's purely speculation, what isn't is that Ryan Wingo is dangerous and the citizens in his community need to be protected for him.
