Prevent Electric Service Provider From Clear Cutting Their Easement Over Our Property

Adams Electric Cooperative Inc. has decided to clear cut all "growth" within their easement; including easements over private property.

Clearing all trees, shrubs and other growth along the easement will negatively affect property values and general beauty inside our communities. It also infringes upon our rights as citizens and landowners.

As a resident of the effected area I demand that Adams Electric Cooperative be denied the right to clear cut their easements over private property.

(Even if you are not a resident; this sets a bad precedent which would in the future affect all communities.)
