Urge the government to have animal abuse registries mandatory

Sadly, animal abuse happens everyday. Animals of all types, they rely on us to love and feed them all they want to give us is love unconditionally, they look to us as their protector. Animal abuse registries are necessary on a worldwide scale. Offenders need to be held accountable! 

Child abuse registries are in place to protect our children, animals need to have a voice that can speak for them, we need to have animal abuse registries in place so they too, can be protected.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and President Barack Obama, we, the people consider our companion animals to be a part of our families so we are asking that animal abuse registries be created in Canada and worldwide. Offenders need to be held accountable for their actions and be registered on animal abuse registries.
