My husband served in Iraq during the Iraqi Freedom War. He told me that they have near a ton of extra food left after the soldiers have eaten. At one time, he and some of the other soldiers were giving some food away to the children and families near there camp. They were told to stop and not waste the food, yet where do you think most of this food goes? That's right, do the dumpsters. They throw away food that could be used to help families that are truly starving. America is one of the richest countries in the world, yet we can't even give food that is going to a dump to other families that need it just because they live in a foreign country? I petition to give this extra food to those who really need it and make ally's. We play games that have you make Ally's and share and help each other! Helping others is not only the right thing to do, it's the "Human" thing to do! Let's get 250,000 signatures so I can go to the Government and demand that we start acting like the country we're supposed to be...one nation, under God, indivisible with Liberty and Justice For ALL!!!!
