Ban these in Georgia, before it happens.

Please save our state before it ends up looking as retarded as Texas. We are people of all color, ethics and backgrounds in the great state of Georgia. And we love our state, this is why we are asking for your signature! We are asking everyone in the state of Georgia to come together as one, to help get these ugly rim add ons banned immediately, before we end up seeing these ugly ass things everywhere! And not only are we asking for your signature to have them banned. But for your signiture, so that we can have a fine placed on the breaking of this ban!
