Demand Equal Justice under the Law

Petition to the Department of Justice

Whereas every member of the staff has a sworn duty to defend the Constitution; and

Whereas the Constitutional principal that every citizen shall be treated equally under the law has been greatly abused over the years by increasingly corrupt legislators, who have gotten away with tax fraud, securities fraud, self-enrichment of themselves and improper enrichment of their cronies, including compromising national security for material gains;

Now therefore, we the people hereby petition the Department of Justice that laws, passed by Congress, must be equally enforced for all citizens regardless of whether the citizen is an elected official or just a citizen.

This applies to tax laws, security laws, national security laws, civil rights laws and all other laws passed by legislatures or imposed upon citizens by regulatory bodies

The people hereby petition the Department of Justice to defend the Constitution. Any laws passed by Congress to the contrary shall be treated as unconstitutional subject to the Supreme Court saying otherwise.
