For way too long the people in South Beauregard have been ignored when it comes to reliable internet. Twelve miles away in Auburn, they have many reliable services to choose from. Fifteen miles away in Opelika, they also have many services to choose from, the same goes for those living in Russell County, just 3 miles away. Meanwhile in South Beauregard, we live in a 3rd world county. When it rains, we have no TV, no Internet and many times the phones get very unreliable. Hughesnet and Viasat are NOT providing what they claim to provide and they are our only choices of internet services.
