Give the right to give people a chance to do human rights.

I'm don't deserve to get treated like I don't have control of my taxes and other Financial issue and trying to get a job to pay my debts is not easy. I'm trying to get my rights to get divorce from someone I'm not with and trying to fix my name but I'm getting held back. So please I need help I don't deserve to be put to death for stuff I'm wanting to fix soon I never meant to marry a woman cause I didn't know better but I feel I been trick and put to shame and frustration of being in debt and trying to pay my debt off for the courts and ev e thing I'm behind please give me a chance to get a loan and pay it all off and I haven't even got a chance to reserve my taxes in 2014.
