The Wrongful Conviction Of James Rashad Clay

This letter is in reference to a family member who was wrongfully convicted of a crime he didn't commit(James Rashad Clay). There are officially documents that will prove that his conviction was based on planted false tainted evidence,digitally altered surveillance footage withheld at trail, perjured testimony, racially discriminated jury, ineffective counseling and a bias corrupt Judge Kathryn Schrader who was later in indicted(all of each are documented) who was illegally assigned as presiding judge over his case causing a void judgement. He was also served with an indictment that was never officially returned in open court due to no grand jury proceeding nor preliminary hearing. His arresting officer testified under to assuming he was the suspect of the crime he was convicted(no DNA match, no GSR residue,no eyewitnesses, nothing to prove he committed the crime. Once again everything is also documented. And I add, his trial was only 2 days. He is pro se but is in need of a lawyer who's not afraid to challenge the miscarriage of justice imposed on him.
