Abuse in the workplace

In order to stop Gladys H. a manager of Sears (in the Del Amo Mall) from her abusive behavior in the workplace which she publicly criticizes employees either in front of other employees or by pulling them into a secluded room where other employees can also see her attacks and begin to belittle their intelligence and talk with condescending tones, intimidation, and rudeness I will need signatures from people who agree with the statements and have witnessed her behavior!
