Grandparents Rights

I have had a child for 10 years. From birth until now, My daughter gave her to me then upon the child and I came to the same state were she lives the state of Kentucky made her start paying child support an she went down to the court I don't no what she told them but I was forced by law to surrender her back to her. She doesn't even want child states she not going to take care of me.. Still no one has heard my voice of my feelings or how the child feels about where she wants to live.
