Voice for little man

On July 26 my step son punch my 20 day old puppy in the head and I had to have him put to sleep do to the injury he caused to his head, it was very bad his little head was swollen on one side and Smooshed in on the other side, I tried very thing to get the youth court to hear me and I feel like it’s not going nowhere they just put him back in a group home where he can play games go outside like he done nothing and I am left here to fight this alone and nowhere to turn, this kid needs help before he ends up killing someone
