FREE SPAY AND NEUTER

I am a volunteer at a rescue for strays and lost pets. We have a CRISIS in the entire country for people dumping pets when they move, landlords not accepting pets due to owners not caring for property, and the most distressing of all, people losing their pets when they enter Assisted Living or Nursing homes!!! I want to open MASH units across the country to duplicate a model we have been using to offer free spay and neuter for pets and strays to everyone that is in possession of one. I want to raise money from Satya Nadella, Bill Gates and Elon Musk who have shown interest in helping if I can rally support. We must pass laws that require all owners to spay and neuter. No backyard breeders, no selling of animals unless from a breeder member of AKC that puts up a bond of 15K dollars and can have pop up visits to check on operations without notice. The first step to helping pets is to demand Spay and Neuter for all. The county funds alone for a killing shelter could then be used to offer seniors yearly vaccines and emergency vet care. We have a multi layered approach for all these situations with years of trying to get to right model, BUT WE NEED CONGRESSMAN MIKE TURNER, DAYTON, OHIO AND VP JD VANCE TO LISTEN TO THE IDEA FOR LEGISLATION APPROACH.
