SAT / ACT and schools involved in the admissions scandal should refund testing and application fees

SAT, ACT and schools named in the admissions scandal should admit that by failing to guard againest fraud that did not earn the fees they charged and should refund those fees for the years of the scandal.

It’s the least the can do to try and right these wrongs.
