Petition for the Prevention of Cruelty 2 reptiles

I come to you today as a concerned citizen of a property at 712 Campbell in Chicago Heights Illinois the owner there Harold William Petersen has a reptile fetish and is a hoarder and in many cases lets his animals or reptiles rather suffer Escape and die I would like to have all of his surrounding Neighbors to sign this petition so that as a group we can fight this atrocity that is occurring right under your noses. In place needs to be the city ordinance which prevents unlawful handling and keeping of exotic reptiles for personal use in addition the outside of the same home situated on Campbell needs dire repair.
