PLEASE ALLOW MY CHAPTER MANAGER TO SYNC AGAIN
As of March 1st, 2017 integration between My Chapter Manger and the National H.O.G. Member Directory had stopped working when this directory was moved to SalesForce.com, thus terminating the software integration link between the local level and the national level. While My Chapter Manger still continues to work great at the local level not having the ability to sync local members with national members creates unnecessary work at the local level that previously was not an issue for the past 10 years. By migrating to SalesForce.com and terminating the sync between the national system and the local system, it has created a lot of extra work for everyone who has to manage a local chapter.

WHY IS HAVING NATIONAL H.O.G. SYNC IMPORTANT
For over ten years it automatically synchronized with the Harley-Davidson National H.O.G. system. This unique integration did a lot of things that helped to manage local chapters. One of the biggest was it would automatically flag any members who did not pay their national dues to expire them at the local level automatically.
This saved chapter officers hundreds of hours in member management and allowed us to focus on growing the chapter. With this feature, we did not have to jump back and forth between different systems looking up every member on a monthly basis. The time it saved was HUGE, especially for larger chapters! Since it also automatically syncs all member information with the National Registry it saved countless hours of data entry making posting local information to the national registry a breeze; this was a huge time saver!
This petition is to bring awareness and hopefully be a voice to bring MyChapterManager and National H.O.G. back together again so that things keep "syncing" just like they have been for the past ten years!
