Bring Comforts Job Back

My mom went to nigeria and called before she went. She went to Nigeria because her Dad's health   is unstable. So she visited the hospital and they gave her dad some anaesthesia and he reacted badly so they gave her a doctors note saying that they recomend that she stays longer until her dad at least opens his eyes to see that she is there. So she called Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hopital and said that this was her situation at the moment. The charge nurse that she spoke to about this said " Oh just give us a heads up when you come back" and nothing else and then hung up the phone. So the day she came back she called and said she had come back. The first day of her presence she was not scheduled to work. The she had come back she was scheduled for work. She didn't even get to sit down until the charge nurse ( Carol) came and reported her to her office. In that office she gave her a termination letter. She claimed that it was a no call no show for two days. Now here is the really unfair part. Comfort Ukpong ( the worker) said that she had called and said that she won't be back. Carol was saying oh its because you have an accent and the line was bad and the hospital was busy. All three of those things were complete lies and Comfort has witnesses to prove that Carol actually said that. The line to lead to termination has an order before they even consider termination they have to have 1 verbal warning 3 written warnings a written warning with suspension and then they consider termination only if a patients life was in danger. None of those orders were followed resulting in this being done out of spite and incompetence all messaged to Carol.
