Close down Canal Street Pub

Canal Street Pub is a trashy place. I'm tired of seeing people urinate on the side of buildings, trash everywhere, dog feces everywhere from patrons bringing their pets and not cleaning up after them, being harassed on my way home, having to hear their CLEARLY over served customers until 3 in the morning, sometimes later, the weekly fights between aggressive drunk people. The screaming. Its nothing but a nuisance. Neighbors on canal street have called the cops many times and nothing is ever done about it! Just close it down. As I stated earlier, their patrons are OBVIOUSLY over served every single night. The one time I had been there the bartender gave me 9 shots of whiskey within an hour. People frequently drive home drunk. I can't believe no one has noticed or done anything about it.
