Damand an end to Cablevision monopoly over high speed internet in town of Brookhaven

I have been a long term resident of the Town of Brookhaven. Since moving here 25 years ago Cablevision has been our only source of high speed internet and they certainly no it . It shows in the horrible customer service we receive any time we call them , wether we have a service issue , pricing concerns or billing dispute . I am tired of the countless hours and waste of time dealing with these issues. With no responsible resolutions in site .
