Removal of the Boaz Animal Control Officer

Please take the time to sign the petition to let the local authorities know that the citizens of Boaz do not condone the actions of this officer, and that they find his actions horrifying and reprehensible. His job is to protect animals at all costs and the act of killing animals that are not past recovery will not be tolerated.

Although I a not sure what will happen in this situation, I want to thank everyone for caring enough to sign the petition. As you can see, this is clearly a problem in the area. This officer has no training and is known to be terrified of dogs.It is important that when/if you call Animal Control you know what the law is. Thank you again for your support. We will wait and see what happens, but I am sure the good ole boys will sweep this one under the rug as well.
