All these instruments get to march their main instrument and now have to worry about learning a separate instrument. Bassoons have to learn a different instrument usually only a year after they've just learned their main. It is, in fact, possible to march with a bassoon, it may be big, but you can use a neck strap like the ones you use for saxophones.
