Legalize the owning of axolotls

Axolotls have been illegal in California since 1992. They're an adorable and harmless salamander. This legislature was issued primarily due to their endangered status. Owning axolotls however, does not make this situation more dire considering the creatures are seldom wild caught. Their existence in the pet world relies on breeders, WHO HELP THE ENDANGERMENT PROBLEM. If anything, the legalization of axolotls as pets in California will increase the demand for them and allow more to be bred.
