Demand "Lady", the abused pitbull puppy gets justice

As many of you may have seen the horrible video of The man seen abusing Lady n the very graphic video that has garnered more than 150.000 views, was dogsitting the pup that belongs to a young girl that was attending school at the time. When asked about the injuries to the dog, it is reported that the man said the dog had gotten out and was hit by a car. However, you can see the man beating, strangling, and slamming the pup to the ground by the leash around her throat, and just as angering to viewers is the laughing commentary by the person recording, who has also been identified.
