Petition to review criminal tresspassing chapter 30 texas penal code

  • por: Richard James

The law may not infringe. Chapter 30 allows for exactly that. For any reason in Texas, a business may retain rights to refuse service under, this section of the Texas code.

Armed security personel have also been given a right to use lethal force inside some restuaraunts. But Criminal Trespassing, the charge are misdeamenor offenses.

A whataburger used this law to refuse service to local police.

Law enforcemenment is an already taxpayer funded system. So is the Bill of Rights an invaluable document. Non negotiable if you will. So also is any one individual not to be weighed  in against the dollar. Court costs are being doled out for public servants although, court appointed attorneys, asking for fines and dues of $100 per day spent incarcerated. Police get called during an emergency. They are refusing service although for some pretty incredible reasons. So I feel like this law has to go.

A customer-employee based need in this country is called a business model, not an emergency scenario, and unless the place is on fire, or their is one, its not a reason to tresspass, for any reason. They are saying pretty much, thanks for not shopping here, pay the system in fines and dues because we discriminate based on appearances or whatever other reasons we so desire.

Your signatures matter. They will be forwarded to the Texas House of Representatives to inform those of the highest standards the dangers of workplace discrimination. Legal tender--emphasis addded, currency, and purchasing power is not a crime. Fabrication of information is.
