Imagine a government who have the money to host International Events like Pacific games, Woman's Under 20 World Cup Soccer, Asia-Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC) and buy K40 million worth of luxury cars from (Sri Lanka) but don't have the money to pay the; Teachers, Landowners, Tuition fees, Medical supplies and equipments, Pay their outstanding bills in rentals and, Water bills, electricity bills and some con Promised projects.
