Stop vehicle entitlement

Vehicle was reported stolen at Athens Police Department properly by the owner, Rhonda lemley, vehicle was found abandoned at a store in Moulton by Teak towing and recovery. Call teak towing and recovery and I told him that the vehicle had been reported stolen and I had been trying to relay messages between the investigator and theTow and Recovery company which had not touched basis at the time Athens Police Department did not put the car in the stolen database so the car was auctioned at Teak towing and recovery. Had my report been handled properly I wouldn't have lost the only transportation I had, I'm sick am not able to get to my appointments as scheduled and having a hard time. Please do not title this vehicle to anyone I should not have to pay for the mistakes handled by the department. My case wasnt taken seriously . I did everything I was supposed to do as the owner and reporting calling investigators keeping in contact with the towing company.
