Paying tribute to my fallen brother "Spc. Joseph Rhodes" an act of violence took him away on December 31, 1994 @ 2am..9 hours before my sisters wedding.. I am asking my friends to sign a form saying that are concerned about the potential outcome of the upcoming parole hearing in regards to Harold Stith, the one who took his life..Joseph served in the 82nd airborne and was honored as Soldier of the year..
