Justice for Puppies Hurled from 3rd Story

On April 6th 2013, Kisha Carter allegedy killed two innocent puppies by throwing them off a New Orleans 3rd story hotel balcony.  The puppies were found by another hotel guest, and rushed to an animal clinic. Sadly one died in transit and the other one died at the hospital.  Carter was arrested by police after talling to the guest and watching a disturbing surveillance video. She is charged with two counts of aggravated animal cruelty.

  Carter has a July 31st court date however it is possible that she could seek a plea bargain for leniency.  We cannot let this happen! Anyone capable of such cruelty is disturbed and dangerous. She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. She should be held for the deaths of the two innocent victims and incarcerated to prevent her from harming other animals or people.
