Stay Out of DPRK

A war with North Korea is a very bad idea and would bring in South Korea, Japan, China and possibly Russia for starters. Other countries will also follow, and it could start WW3. We are very different from North Korea, but it is best to not settle those differences with violence, but tolerance, understanding and communication. At the very least, not to start the fight, and just leave DPRK alone.
A war with DPRK would be devastating to every country involved, but would do the most harm to the innocent lives in North Korea, a country that is struggling and who's people are starving already. While it is a pipe dream to hope to pull DPRK out of darkness, it is possible to stop any war from occurring and being pulled down too.
