Ice rink in Harlow

The closest ice rink to harlow is 45 minutes away by car. With all the green spaces now being built on, why not encourage the council to add a ice rink rather than thousands of more houses that clutter the town! It would benefit the community and encourage more people to start ice skating and it would create more jobs and bring in more money for the town. With the nearest rink being Chelmsford it would also attract other towns to Harlow.
