We, the undersigned, support Kestrel Hydro Naturist Spa's bid to continue operating in its current form.
As you may be aware, there have been some issues regarding the use of Kestrel Hydro as a daytime naturist spa, the local council’s main objection being that they regard it as inappropriate use and development of greenbelt land.
Greenbelt land should be reserved for recreational use and we believe that we fulfil this criteria.
We have been operating successfully, discreetly and without a single complaint from local residents for nearly 10 years.
All the buildings on site have been in situ for more than four years, the statutory time for them to be exempt from any enforcement notice (with the exception of the four log cabins opposite the club house, formerly known as the stable block).
We ask for your support in our quest to continue offering you our unrivalled facilities.
