Demand an end to the atrocious law against dog barking!!!!

Authorities in Hamilton are implementing a law with astronomical penalties against dog barking.
The penalties are so severe this may lead to dog owners muzzling their dogs and abandoning or surrendering their dogs.
This is just cruel and barbaric.
We love our fur babies, do not implement that atrocious law!
Rethink it and talk to Humane societies, Rescues, and dog owners to find a mutually agreeable solution.
