SB 1437 changes The burden of proof that a prosecutor can convict under the felony murder rule Because this law will grant relief prosecutors throughout the state of California Are denying the petitions stating that it’s unconstitutional but what is unconstitutional is that the district attorneys in the state of California are not abiding by the law that was signed in by former Governor Jerry Brown please sign the petition to let the state of California know that the voters of California have voices to exercise our right to use it
