I have been suffering with a upper intestine disease that cause sever pain and ex stream weight loss I have started smoking marijuana but I am having trouble getting my legal medical marijuana card I have a high chance of developing cancer so I want to start a petition to have marijuana legalized for recreational use because it is almost impossible to find a doctor to became a medical marijuana card holder and patient thank you
