Acknowledge Larry Thronson for his environmental breakthrough.

When Larry Thronson was young and still in grade school, he came up with the idea that we could use water as a fuel source to run our cars and other such machinery. No one took him seriously and now all these years later someone else has stolen his idea and making it possible without giving him the credit he deserves. He doesn't ask for money but simply wishes to be known for his work. In order to repay him the debt that's owed, this petition seeks enough signatures for Larry Thronson to recieve a Nobel Prize representing his contribution to the environment and it's inhabitants.
