Say No to Welfare/Food stamps for animals

A pet is a luxury and not a necessity. A pet is not public's responsibility either. If you cannot afford to raise a pet, do not put their lives in danger by obtaining one. Welfare for pets will only amp up backyard breeding & will lead to more pets being abused & abandoned.
