Remove the Huge floating plastic islands from the Gulf and Pacific Ocean

The huge islands of swirling plastic in the Gulf and the Pacific Oceans kills  sea  creatures, tricks them into thinking it is food ,pollutes  our environment and gets into the food chain. We can easily mesh net this plastic out , rinse it off, recycle it again, and clean up the oceans as they once were! Let's start the New Year right for 2013!
