thousands of Americans are depending on Medicaid for existing needs that would become unaffordable without it . it would not be a choice between eating and medical care - they would simply not be able to afford many necessary medical products or treatments . it is a revelation to the world what America really stands for . many countries manage to provide health care to their citizens that is affordable or free . is America now a third world country ? or just full of arrogant people pretending to be leaders ? a shameful display to everyone everywhere . this divides people - not unite them . stop bragging - you have nothing to be proud about .
