22nd Street Dog Park request from the surrounding community

Please everyone.. while the residents of San Pedro community appreciate the outside support from the literal world in an effort to gain support for our request, we would appreciate it if only those residents of the local community would sign this petition as we do not want to appear frivilous and insincere to the Port of Los Angeles ..
