The decision to pass this bill would make it impossible for any transgender student to ever use their right bathroom, because Tennessee also forbids people from changing the sex on their birth certificate. Tennessee is the only state that has this type of law. And they're about take things one step further if they pass this bathroom bill. Transgender individuals need safe spaces and support.
