Scrap the New GWR Hybrid Trains

After enduring a year of disruption and replacement bus services, many users of the Great Western Railway were looking forward to the introduction of much vaunted new trains. What has arrived is a disgrace. Notoriously unreliable, horrendously uncomfortable and aesthetically unpleasant they lack even the most basic elements of comfort. Having also removed the buffet car and replaced it with a barely existent and pitifully stocked trolley "service", customers are being treated with nothing short of contempt. The trains should be scrapped or given a comprehensive refit without delay.
