Return Journea and Jasenna Home

My twin granddaughters were taken from there mother by CPS. They have been in foster care for 7 months and we would like to have them home with us. We have criminal backgrounds from 12 yrs ago and the courts do not want us to have them. We raised them from the time they were born October 7th,2014 until July 19th 2016. We are the only family that they have that want to take them. All we want is a chance to prove that we are changed and different people than we were 12yrs ago and that we are capable of taking care of them.
