Pave Quinalt St- County road 836

County road 836 commonly known at Quinalt St used to be a beautiful quiet street surrounded by vineyards, fields of grass that housed animals frolicking through them, and a few homes tucked quietly away. Now our peaceful, quiet street is dust ridden and frequently traveled due to a gravel road and a business put in at the end of the street. The business won't pave the road- even with neighbors offering to help with costs, the county won't pave it. And now we're seeking the help from you. You see the business at the end of our quiet road is a winery, which brings in high end clientele and alcohol. Mix these two and their fancy cars and the last thing they want is to get dust on their cars. Therefore we've had increased issues with speeding. The residents of Quinalt St can't enjoy a quiet evening on their porch anymore due to dust hurling down our driveways. Our livestock are sick- and near dealt due to the inhalation of dust. Our children can't play due to the fear of a speeding driver going off the gravel road and into our yards. The residents of Quinalt St did not ask for this. We moved here for quiet and solitude.
