Demand the Ban on Cell Phones in School

Cell phones are detrimental to the learning process. Exam scores can increase by about 6% in a recent study. Cell phones are a distraction and cause students to loose focus. Multitasking is difficult for the human brain to handle, so  being on a phone and trying to learn is near impossible.
