Overdrive ebooks on Kindle in Australia

Sign this petition if you want Australian library users to be able to borrow ebooks in Kindle format.

Overdrive is the major vendor for ebook fiction lending in Australia. They are unable to supply Kindle versions of their titles because Amazon have not enabled this for the Australian market. 

The problem is not technical: Kindle users can borrow ebooks from their local library in the USA and now the UK, but not in Australia. 

Amazon needs to change its policy to better serve Australian Kindle users and library borrowers. This petition is an attempt to show Amazon that this is an issue that many library users and library services feel strongly about.
