Stop developers cutting down trees without consent

Developers/Corporates are sidelining Tree preservation orders and green space orders... By buying land from corporates who cannot obtain planning permission or felling orders.... They then raise these havens to the ground during public/council holidays... Only to face paltry fines when they are reported and served ..... This needs to be monitored and substantial fines applied for loss of nature habitat and loss of protected habitat.
