Protect Seniors who depend upon their Social Security as their primary source of income.

While raising the mimimum income is vital to millions, there will be a consequence if Social Security is not raised proportionally for the vast millions also. The raise in SSI will be vital to those with no other source of income in order to keep food on the table and a roof over their heads.

To replace one injustice with another is not the answer as these issues affect the same population and must be dealt with jointly. Otherwise, no progress can be effected.
