STOP PRICE GOUGING BY THIRD PARTY TICKET WEB SITES

I think it is totally ridiculous that these third party ticket websites, I.e. Stub hub, are able to buy out an entire event minutes after it goes on sale to the public. Only to turn around and sell the tickets at 5 to 10 times the face value, making it almost impossible for a blue collar working American to be able to enjoy these events anymore. There is currently no, or very few regulations on this to prevent it, and I'm sure I'm not alone when I say, I'm tired of not being able to go to a football game, or a concert, without spending $1,000 for a ticket whose face value is $100. This is getting out of control and needs to be stopped!
